Your tasks
IT infrastructure management: Together with your teammates, you administer and optimize the IT landscape of the entire Xantaro group of companies.Microsoft environment support: You manage our Microsoft infrastructure (on-premise & Microsoft 365 incl. Entra ID, Exchange Online, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Teams & Sharepoint) and implement new components into the existing structure if required.Client Management: You implement central tools and guidelines and keep all end devices up to date.user support: As an internal contact person in Office IT, you support colleagues with day-to-day technical inquiries in IT support on site or remotely.documentation: You document all IT structures and processes clearly and reliably for the entire team.
Your profile
You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.you have initial experience in the administration of Windows client and server systems and have in-depth knowledge of these areas (including Micro-soft 365, Windows Server 2016+).You are well versed in the various operating, visualization and data backup systems (including Ubuntu & Debian Linux, VMware/Proxmox, Veaam).you are characterized by your analytical way of thinking as well as your careful and independent way of working.you are service-oriented, communicative and enjoy working in a team.very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
