We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, coordinating projects, solving problems, and taking on responsibility.
You don't need to know every technical answer. That's why you have an experienced team of specialists by your side.
It's important that you bring people, topics, and solutions together and ensure that requirements are turned into successful results.
- Personalized support for an exclusive, strategic client base within our corporate group
- Developing a solid understanding of your clients' goals, requirements, and challenges
- Close coordination with the engineering, project management, and other departments
- Following up on open issues, deadlines, and customer concerns
- Identifying opportunities for optimization in customer-facing and internal processes
- Preparation of proposals and assistance in developing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
