Your tasks

You will handle, analyze, and resolve incidents in the Cisco campus LAN/WLAN while the network is in operation.
You will plan, prepare, and independently implement changes related to Cisco LAN and Enterprise WLAN.
You will support the operation and administration of the network environment and identify opportunities for optimization.
You'll work closely with the client and the customer.
You carefully document changes and technical measures in the ticket system used.

Your profile

Very strong practical knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Networking, at least at the CCNP level—certification is a plus, but your practical expertise is what matters most
You have extensive knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switching, enterprise Wi-Fi, and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs), and ideally also of Cisco ISE/NAC
Experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise campus networks, as well as in operational incident and change management
An independent, structured approach to work, combined with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills when interacting with customers
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
German language skills at least at the B2 level

Location Information: Thework is primarily performed on-site at a client location in Wiesloch. Regular on-site presence is required for this position.
