Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Active acquisition of new customers in the clearly defined B2B target group market: German SMEs, family businesses and enterprise customers
  • Solution Sales & Consultative Selling: Analysis of individual customer requirements and development of customized network and security solutions (e.g. Secure Connect, SD-WAN, SASE, Managed Firewall, Cloud Security, Cyber Security, Digital Experience Monitoring)
  • Offer and contract management: Independent preparation and placement of offers, tenders and solution concepts in close cooperation with internal IT experts
  • Customer presentations & contract negotiations: Conducting workshops, presentations and negotiations at decision-maker level
  • Market and competition analysis for the continuous further development of the sales approach and to identify new business potential

Your profile

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in selling complex IT solutions that require explanation
  • Sound technical understanding with a focus on network and IT security technologies
  • Proven track record in solution sales and a solid network in the German SME sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with complex tenders and contract documents
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
