Your tasks
Customer service at the highest level is standard for you! The interests of our customers and a sustainable cooperation are the focus here, no cold calling and rarely business trips: You mainly take care of your existing customers, check potential for improvement and advise them - sometimes also at on-site service review meetings.Contract and offer management in the area of cross-selling and upselling is your daily task. You create individual offers and support your customers from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract.Documentation & CRM maintenance: You carefully maintain all customer contacts in the CRM system and ensure complete documentation.Interdisciplinary teams: Our RAINBOW TEAMS bring together experts and specialists from both technical and commercial areas who complement each other and use mutual synergy effects. This is how we aim to deliver the best possible customer service. You are the commercial and organizational perfectionist.
Your profile
You have successfully completed your studies or training in the IT or commercial sector.you combine customer-oriented and analytical thinking and acting with a systematic and structured way of working and a basic understanding of business management.business relationship management is your top priority.You have a professional, trustworthy and empathetic manner and can also score points in difficult situations with your communication skills.Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a customer consultant in the field of technical services or IT infrastructures.Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
