You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as your application has been entered into our system. We endeavor to process and carefully check all incoming applications as quickly as possible. We try not to keep anyone waiting long for an answer, but this process does take a little time.
What does the application process look like?
Once your application has been entered into our system, your documents will be carefully reviewed by the responsible employee from the HR department together with a responsible employee from the relevant department. If everything fits, you will receive an invitation to an initial interview, either in the form of a telephone interview or a personal meeting.
How does a job interview work?
We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview. At nicos, nobody is put up against a wall. We always have conversations at eye level. Through our questions, we want to get into conversation with you in order to match mutual ideas and interests. In addition to a responsible employee from the HR department, a responsible employee from the respective department will also be present at this introductory meeting.
Can I reapply for other job offers after a rejection?
Of course. If it didn't work out at the first attempt, it may look completely different with another job offer. Please send us your application again.
How long will my application be stored in the system?
Your application documents and personal data will be deleted from our system in accordance with the current statutory data protection guidelines as soon as the prescribed period has expired.
