Technical Consultant – Network & Observability (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You’ll contribute your technical expertise right from the proposal stage and support our sales team in developing compelling, sustainable solutions.
During client meetings, you’ll present our solutions and clearly demonstrate how we deliver real value through observability, automation, and intelligent analytics.
Working closely with our clients, you will develop modern network and monitoring architectures and then implement them—ranging from traditional monitoring setups to network automation platforms.
You actively work with tools such as Kentik, NetBrain, and LogicMonitor and implement them seamlessly in customer environments.
You’ll also use modern AI-powered analytics to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, or performance trends.
You will take on tasks in IT projects, coordinate technical steps, and ensure a structured implementation.
You will also assist customers with their questions, conduct training sessions, and provide support for our solutions.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable program.
You are familiar with network technologies, LAN/WAN architectures, and TCP/IP, and you enjoy getting to grips with complex infrastructure topics.
You’re familiar with terms like observability, telemetry, SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog—or you’re eager to expand your knowledge in these areas.
You have some initial experience with monitoring or automation platforms, or you’d like to learn how to use tools such as Kentik, NetBrain, LogicMonitor, or similar systems.
Ideally, you have experience working with Linux systems or scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
You have a service-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and enjoy working with customers to develop sustainable technical solutions.
Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a hands-on attitude are among your strengths.
Excellent German and English language skills, as well as a willingness to travel, round out your profile.
