Project & Tender Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Pre-sales / Quotation phase
- Active support during the pre-sales phase of customer projects
- Tender and bid management for complex tenders
- Preparation of service descriptions, cost estimates, and calculations
- Technical coordination with presales, bid management, and technical colleagues
- Ensuring a smooth handover from pre-sales to project implementation
Post-sales/project implementation
- Management of a portfolio of small and medium-sized consulting and implementation projects
- Independent planning and management of deployment and rollout projects for active network infrastructure, in particular:
  - IP networks
  - Optical transport networks
  - data center infrastructures
  - security infrastructures
- Management of multiple parallel projects as a multi-project manager
- Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality management across all project phases
- Single point of contact for our customers from project start to acceptance and billing
- Coordination of internal departments as well as external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Regular monitoring of project progress, including project reporting and derivation of appropriate control measures
- Ensuring correct and timely billing for services rendered in the project
Process and organizational development
- Collaboration in the further development and optimization of our project-related processes and tools for project planning and implementation

Your profile

Your profile:

Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a degree in (business) information technology, communications engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Industry experience in ICT (e.g., system integrator, carrier/service provider, network manufacturer, or enterprise IT) is expected.
Several years of experience in a coordinating role or in project management is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of at least one project management methodology (e.g., IPMA/GPM, PRINCE2®, PMI)
- Relevant certification is helpful, but not a prerequisite.
Excellent organizational and structured working skills as well as assertiveness
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
Career changers with relevant ITC industry experience are also expressly welcome.
