Consultant IP Networks (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Implementation of projects (e.g., design development, migrations, implementations) in the area of IP core networks (IP/MPLS WAN and data centers) in customer networks
- Creation and presentation of technical concepts and documentation for customers' specialist departments
- Identification of technical customer requirements and close coordination with sales
Your profile
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or computer science
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of system integration, carrier/service provider, or complex enterprise networks
- Good knowledge of how IP networks work at the protocol level (IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, SR, EVPN/VxLAN, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the technologies of at least one major network manufacturer (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia) demonstrated by certification at least at the associate level (e.g., JNCIA, CCNA, ACE-L1, NRS-1), ideally at the specialist/professional level (e.g., JNCIS/JNCIP, CCNP, ACE-L3/L5, NRS-2)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Customer-focused, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel to the customer's site if necessary
