
Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- In your role as Account Manager (m/f/d) at Xantaro, you will successfully sell and represent the solutions from our portfolio, such as Juniper products and network solutions.
- You will build long-term, strategic customer relationships and identify and qualify business potential among both existing and potential customers.
- In addition, you will develop and coordinate strategic account and action plans that pave the way for future success.
- Documenting customer contacts, sales opportunities, and negotiation results is also part of your responsibilities to ensure a transparent way of working.
- You will cultivate and build relationships at management level, particularly in the areas of technology and purchasing, and work closely with account managers and partners.
- Conducting contract negotiations and presentations is also part of your area of responsibility, where you will need to be persuasive and make the right decisions.
- You will also work closely with the inside sales team and bid management to optimize the implementation of objectives.
Your profile
Your qualification
- You have extensive experience as an account manager, preferably in the carrier/service provider environment or in the sale of technical products and services.
- Your background in IT and your in-depth knowledge of information technology help you develop solutions for complex customer needs.
- Experience with the ITIL framework or other common sales methods is an advantage and rounds off your profile.
- You are a pro at analyzing and managing buying centers and stakeholders.
- You have a strong and reliable network of customers and partners.
- You communicate confidently and purposefully—both in direct customer contact and in negotiations.
- Even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview and impress with your strong focus on closing deals.
- You come across as dynamic and professional, and your objection handling is just as convincing as your negotiating skills.
- Your commitment and ability to retain customers over the long term set you apart.
- You are a closer with a proven track record who can confidently navigate our customers even in complex environments and bring home the deals.
- You have excellent German language skills and can also communicate well in English.
- Your strong communication skills help you maintain relationships at management level and identify new business opportunities.
- Expert in solution selling, buying center analysis, negotiation skills, and strategic account development such as account planning, etc.
