
Customer service representative (m/f/d) / career changers
Your tasks
- You will support our team in the service desk as the "first point of contact" and look after our customers in the B2B environment.
- For you, it goes without saying that you will contact customers by phone, answer calls, proactively provide information, guide customers, or obtain any missing important information.
- Courteous, professional, and direct customer service is just as important to you as it is to us.
- You enter all customer information you receive into our system landscape and ensure that our technical colleagues know everything they need to know.
- You are tech-savvy and used to discovering new tools in the digital world and helping to optimize them.
- Further development is important to you, and we will support you, whether your journey is more technical or commercial in nature.
- We are available for our customers 24/7. You should therefore be willing to work shifts. Duty rosters are drawn up in consultation with you. After your induction, you can work 40% of your hours from home and will, of course, receive tax-free shift allowances. Night shifts are not currently a requirement!
Your profile
- Our goal: excellent customer service. Your educational background is secondary to us. Commercial or technical training would certainly be a good foundation. However, having started a degree in communication or computer science would also be helpful—but not a requirement.
- Ideally, you already have experience in customer service—experience in IT customer service would be excellent.
- You are distinguished by your strong customer and service orientation, your engaging and independent approach to work, your analytical thinking skills, and your excellent coordination abilities.
- You are a true team player, enjoy shared success, and contribute your own ideas.
- You impress in both written and spoken communication with your fluent German and confident English skills.
