Sales Support Associate / Quote Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Results-Oriented Cost Estimation: You prepare quotes on time and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Sales Support: You will assist our account managers in marketing the Xantaro portfolio and provide advice on the best customer and order discounts available from suppliers and manufacturers.
Order Review: Youare responsible for reviewing incoming customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, particularly when there are discrepancies from the quote.
Process Responsibility: Youwill be responsible for the cost estimation and proposal preparation processes, continuously improving and documenting them.
Process Optimization: You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes in order to continuously improve efficiency and quality.

Your profile

Completed business training or a comparable qualification.
Work Experience in proposal management, In-house Sales or in a comparable role, ideally in the IT or networking field.
Experience in preparing and presenting proposals.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office.
Team spirit, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to work.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in German and a good command of English.
