Product innovation & developmentDevelopment and further development of innovative network and security products Identification of new technologies and trends (e.g. SASE SASE, Zero Trust, AI-driven Security & Observability)Close collaboration with internal DevOps, Cloud and Security teamsVendor communication & technology partnershipsDirect technical exchange with leading vendors and technology partnersEvaluation of new features, roadmaps and integration opportunitiesParticipation in beta programs, tech previews and strategic workshopsGlobal infrastructure strategyDesign and expansion of global shared infrastructuresStandardization, automation and scaling of network and security architecturesPerformance, availability and security optimization in hybrid environmentsPreSales & technical customer communicationSupporting sales with complex customer requirementsCreating technical concepts, demos and proof-of-conceptsPresenting new products and solutions at customer events and trade fairs
Your profile
Degree in computer science, network engineering or comparable qualificationMulti-year experience in the development or architecture of network and security solutionsDeep understanding of current technologies (e.g. SD-WAN, cloud networking, firewalls, SSE)Experience in dealing with manufacturers such as Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki etc.Know-how in the areas of network automation (e.g. netbox, Ansible, Terraform) and monitoringCommunication skills, presentation skills and a feel for customer needsGerman and English spoken and written
