Your tasks in the field of architecture and operational management

You will receive internal and, if required, external technical training to help you navigate the world of networks, security, IoT and artificial intelligence (AI).
You will support the architects in the planning and development of customized network and security solutions in an international environment.
During operation, you will analyze faults and tickets and develop customer-oriented solutions to problems.
Together with our technical departments, you will ensure that our international customer sites are operated economically and with minimal disruption.
We also offer you the opportunity to obtain certifications.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in a technical subject (e.g. telecommunications, information or electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or engineering or similar).
You are ready to deepen your technical understanding and know-how in the nicos business field.
You combine analytical thinking and action with a systematic and structured way of working
A professional and trustworthy appearance and confidence in dealing with different contacts characterize you.
You are reliable and know the value of cross-departmental, binding cooperation for the benefit of our customers.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
