AI Agent Engineer / AI Expert (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will drive the further development of our existing AgentAI platform and ensure a future-proof architecture, scalability, and performance.
- You will conceptualize and implement new AI use cases based on various large language models (LLMs). You will design and implement agent workflows—ranging from tool usage to multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.
- You will integrate the platform into existing IT systems and customer solutions. You will work closely with the product owner, business units, and customers to jointly analyze requirements.
- You ensure that compliance requirements such as the GDPR and the AI Act are incorporated into the development process from the very beginning.
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- You have practical experience building Agentic AI solutions, such as those using Claude, GPT, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- You have very strong knowledge of Python and/or other relevant backend languages. You have experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and tool and function calling.
- You understand regulatory requirements such as the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and you know how to implement them technically.
- You are known for your independent, solution-oriented approach to work and your enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies.
- Strong German and English language skills round out your profile.
